Introduction

I am on the Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 and was craving some "bread" (which is not allowed) with my bean/veggie soups, so I created this! As long as it's a once in awhile thing I give it a thumbs up. This is a pan made "bread" that's simple to make & quick. It's not actually "bread" but for staying in the guildlines of the diet ingredients it's not bad! It can be baked for "pizza crust" too! Ingredients

    Oat flour, .25 cup
100% Liquid Egg Whites, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 fl oz
    Salt, just a dash
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Italian Seasoning, .25 tsp
100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY, 1 serving

Directions

Makes 1 serving.

Whisk all ingredients together, batter will be fairly thin. Heat medium sized skillet on medium heat. Spray with olive oil spray. Pour batter into pan and quickly swirl the pan around to stretch out the batter thinly. Cook about 5 minutes or until browned, flip and brown other side. Easy, Done! Enjoy with soup, stews, for a flatbread sandwich or *pizza.

* For Pizza, heat oven to 400 degrees. After the initial "frying", put flatbread on olive oil sprayed pizza pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes until it firms up enough to hold pizza ingredients. Add favorite toppings, bake another 5 minutes.
