Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup flour, white
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup buttemilk
    3 eggs
    1 stick of butter, melted in the microwave
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    2 t. baking soda
    2 apples, peeled, quartered and chopped
    1/4 walnuts cut into small pieces


Directions

Combine all dry ingredients, then add wet. Add walnts and apples when batter is all prepared. Stir.

Bake in a 400 degree oven in muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray for 16-18 minutes.
