Introduction

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields
    Low fat cream cheese, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp

Directions

Simply cook the pasta and heat the frozen spinach. Combine in a bowl with 2 tbsp cream cheese and 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese. Delish!!!

    I added mashed up white beans to the sauce for more protein (adds about 150 calories per serving) and flavoured it with garlic powder, basil and oregano. Yummy! - 7/12/10
