Introduction

I started making these when I was doing Weight Watchers. At the time they were free, they have changed their program so they may be one point now. I think they are great without the fat. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup flour
    spray butter
    salt to taste (and pepper if you like)

Directions

1) If using fresh mushroom, wash and slice to about 1/8 to 1/4 in thick what ever you prefer. If using canned strain them and pat to dry some. You want them damp not dripping.
2)Put mushrooms in a bowl. Spray mushrooms about five sprays with the butter and toss to coat. This is not needed for canned they are already moist.
3) Sprinkle flour onto damp mushrooms and toss to coat.
4) Heat a frying pan and pour in about a half a tablespoon of butter into the pan.
5) Add mushrooms and let them brown then turn, toss or stir to get all sides nice and brown.
*If it is not frying it is too dry always spray to keep moist, I even added about a ts of water to the pan to help the butter spread.
I eat the whole thing myself if you are making for more people just use more mushrooms and change other ingredients as needed.
I hope you enjoy them, they are one of my fav snacks.
