Introduction

A good dessert or snack - Its not diet so much as good for you! A great high protein snack or even instead of an egg for breakfast.. Ingredients

    1 egg
    1/3 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    splenda to taste - or a sweetener of choice that will bake
    2 T nonfat Milk
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of vanilla power or drop of extract
    1/8 t grated orange peel

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Pour into a custard cup and place in a pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes to 30 minutes until set.
