Ingredients

    Water, 1 and 1/8 cup
    Whole wheat flour, 3 cups
    Quick-Rise Instant Yeast, 1.5 teaspoons
    Liquid Honey, 1 tablespoon (or sugar or molasses)
    Splenda, 3 tablespoon
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp

Directions

Warm cold tap water in microwave for 25 seconds on high. Add ingredients into your machine in this order unless recommended otherwise by your manufacturer. Makes 1 lb loaf on regular setting.

    I will definitely try this! I'm baking bread in my machine now but it's from a mix. I have all those ingredients but the honey. - 1/17/10

    Go ahead and use sugar in place of the one tablespoon of honey. Its almost as good that way.
