Ingredients

    1 medium red apple - diced with skin
    1 medium green apple - diced with skin
    1 large stalk celery - diced
    1 small box raisins or 1/4 cup
    1/4 chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 tbsp mayonaise



Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refridgerate overnight for the best flavor....this gives it time for all the flavors to blend well. Perfect for a light lunch.
