This is a delicious side to pork loin, turkey, or roast chicken. For those who love cranberries but find the canned sauce too sweet, you will love this one! Ingredients

    1 bag of fresh cranberries
    1 box of sugar-free raspberry jello
    1 box of sugar-free strawberry jello
    1 can of crushed pineapple, 100% juice
    splenda to taste (1/2 to 1 cup)

Directions

In a food processor, chop up cranberries.
Make jello according to package, adding splenda to dissolve.
Add in cranberries & pineapple, stirring well.
Let chill in refrigerator until set firmly, at least 4 hours.

Makes 10-12 generous servings.
