Ingredients

    1 pound large dry sea scallops
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1 tsp. five-spice powder
    1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat broiler. Toss scallops with oil, five-spice powder and salt. Broil in a baking sheet until cooked through 4 to 5 minutes.
