    8 oz pack of mushrooms sliced
    16 oz imation crab
    16 oz salad shrimp
    1 or 2 packages of eggroll wrappers
    1 bag of coleslaw (has carrots in it)


makes 20 egg rolls saute shrimp, mushrooms and crab then drain, boil water then cook coleslaw for 3 minutes mix everything together in a big bowl, season to taste using deep fryer on 350 cook for 3 minutes and enjoy, roll them like a burrito filled with one big spoon of filling this is the longest part, cook as you roll them so the wrapper doesn't fall apart
