Ingredients

    12 oz Extra lean Ground Turkey
    6 cups red kidney beans
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 15oz cans tomatoes (crushed)
    1 jalapeno pepper minced
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    3 tbsp Cumin
    Salt ans Pepper to taste
    3 tbsp Dehydrated onion

Directions

Brown Turkey and mix with other ingredient in a slow cooker or on the stove. Cook for 6 hrs in cooker or about 1.5 on the stove (simmering).
