    1 package edamame, shelled
    1 package white corn
    red onion, chopped (about 0.25 cup)
    bell peppers, chopped (about 0.25 cup of whatever color you prefer)
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 - 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


Add all of the vegetables and mix well. Mix the oil and vinegar together and toss into the veggies.
