Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can wild Alaskan salmon
    3/4 cup Ian's panko breadcrumbs (plain)
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black papper
    1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
    1 tbsp sun dried tomato dressing
    1/4 cup organic fat free milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking pan with canola oil.

Mix all ingredients together, using a potato masher to thoroughly mix in skin and vertebrae with the fish. Form into approximately 1/2 inch high patties and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, turning once at 7 minutes.

Makes 7 patties. Serve with rice or pasta (not included in nutrition data).
