Introduction

Fat Free, low carb, low sugar yummy fruit dip. Fat Free, low carb, low sugar yummy fruit dip.

Ingredients

    Dannon All Natural, Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 6 oz
    Splenda, 4 tsp (you can add more or less to taste)
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    AmericaÕs Choice Fat Free Whipped Topping, 8 oz tub (thawed)

Directions

Mix all four ingredients in a bowl or Tupperware container. Cover. Refrigerate about an hour...then dole yourself out 2tbs or so to dip your fruit in. Yum!
