Dont let the name fool you... This may be creamy, but by using Fat Free Cream Cheese and Low Calorie Bread (at 262 calories and only 1.8 grams of fat), there's no guilt involved! Ingredients

    Topping:
    1/2 cup - sliced fresh strawberries (or other berries if prefered)
    1 packet or 1 tsp - no calorie sweetener (like Splenda)
    2 tbsp - fat free cream cheese
    Powdered Sugar (optional)

    French Toast:
    3 slices light bread (like Sara Lee - 45 calories Delightful )
    1/2 cup fat free liquid egg substitute
    1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1) Combine berries and sweetener. Add mixture to a pan, and cook on stove over medium heat, stirring occationally, until are softened (about 3 minutes). A slight amount of water may be added to pan to prevent scorching.

2) Add Cream Cheese and 1/2 of the cooked berries to a bowl, and combine (mashing berries as you mix). Set asside Cream Cheese mixture and additional Berries.

3) In a bowl, combine egg substitute with vanilla extract and cinnamon. use egg mixture as an egg wash, and dip your bread into it.

4) Cook bread over medium heat in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray., flipping after a few minutes.

5) Spread Cream Cheese mixture evenly over French toast, and then top with remaining berries (Sprinkle with a small amount of powdered sugar if desired).

    Didn't like it :(

    Couldn't get the fat free cream cheese to blend without a hand mixer and even then it looked like cottage cheese, and that was by continually added more cream cheese.
