Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Leeks, cleaned and sliced thin
    1 bunch Kale, cleaned and lcied thin
    1 can Great Northern Beans or white beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 Cup Sodium Free Chicken Boullion prepared with water

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add leeks and stir until wilted. Then add kale, beans and chicken stock, and cook until kale wilts.
