Ingredients

    16 oz package of broccli slaw
    2 oz seedless sunflower kernels
    2 oz sliced almonds
    2 oz craisens
    1 package crushed ramen noodles (any flavor I perfer hot and spicy or oriental)-reserve seasoning packet for dressing

    Mix nuts, crasiens, and crusshed noodles with slaw.

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1/8 cup olive oil
    5 tsp splenda
    packet of seasoning mix from ramen noodles

Directions

mix nuts, craisens crushed noodles and slaw together.

Mix dressing ingrediants and pour over slaw and mix well.

Makes 14 1/4 cup servings at 114 calories per serving.
