Ingredients

    Topping:
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/4 c sifted flour
    1/4 c Smart Balance Light
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Cake:
    1 1/2 c sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 c egg whites
    3/4 c sugar
    1/3 c melted Smart Balance Light
    1/2 c Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk (Silk)
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

makes 16 2" pieces

Sift flour before measuring.....

Mix Topping ingredients (will be "mushy")

In separate bowl combine wet Cake ingredients. Add dry ingredients, then pour into 8 x 8 or 2 loaf pans.

Swirl topping into the top of cake batter.

Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
