Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground turkey 93% lean
    onion
    2 c pinto beans
    2c enchilada sauce
    1 can tomatoes and green chilies

Directions

Brown meat in non stick pan add diced onion, sauce, tomatoes and beans. Heat to boiling. Lower heat. Simmer 30 min over low heat.
