Introduction

Ingredients

1 Jimmy Dean 16 oz. Sage Pork Sausage Package
1 cup onions
3 cloves garlic
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup celery
1 cup bell pepper(your choice on color)
1 cup shredded cheese (of your choice)
1 1/2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick (DRY mix only)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. While the oven is preheating, empty the entire package of sausage into a large mixing bowl.
Chop onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers. Add to sausage in bowl. Shred cheese, add to bowl. Mix with hand until veggies are submerged into the sausage. (
Knead the sausage about 2 times to get this.) Add Bisquick mix and knead sausage mixture until all veggies, cheese, and Bisquick have been mixed well together. (Knead about 10 to 12 times...do not over mix).
Using a non greased cookie sheet, roll out 1 inch balls. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately or let come to room temp.
