Ingredients

    Boil package of Fettuccine
    3 cooked chicken breasts and cut up (with onions)
    6 oz of dry sherry
    2 cups of chopped mushrooms
    1.5 cups of chopped onion (cook with chicken)
    head of broccoli
    1 can of rotel tomatos
    6 tbls of chopped sun dried tomatos
    3 cloves of minced garlic (cooked with chicken)
    Basil - about 10 leaves chopped up
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook the chicken with onion and garlic. While that is cooking chop up the rest of the vegtables and boil the noodles. When chicken is done, set it aside. Cook the broccoli, dried tomato and mushrooms. Chop up the chicken. Ad the chicken, sherry, Rotel tomatos, basil, salt and pepper.
Drain past and add.
Mix and serve.
