Introduction

Like an apple fritter but without the guilt Like an apple fritter but without the guilt
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 whole wheat tortilla's
    3 tsp granulated sugar
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 cups chopped apples (fresh)
    4 servings I Can't Belive It's Not Butter Spray (5spray's per tortilla)

Directions

1) combine cinnamon and sugar untill well blended.
2) spray 5 sprays of I Can't Belive It's Not Butter onto each tortilla
3) place 1/2 cup apples down middle of tortilla's
4)sprinkle apples evenly with cinnamon and sugar blend
5) fold tortilla's over
6)place filled tortilla's on non stick cookie pan
7)place pan into 300 degree pre-heated oven
8) bake untill apples are desired tenderness
(10 to 25 minutes dependingg on how soft you like your apples)
( i like to leave the skin on my apples but that is up to you)

granulated Splenda can be subsituted for sugar

    This was very good especially made with Granny Smith apples but I liked mine peeled. If you want apple pie with out all the fuss and mess, this is very good and less calories. I will definitely make this again. - 1/10/08
