This is delicous and nutritiious. No one will know you are serving them healthy food. I like to put mine in the perfect brownie pan so that I have perfectly divided portions when it comes out of the oven. This is delicous and nutritiious. Ingredients

    Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread,
    evaporated cane juice
    Egg white,
    Egg, fresh,
    Buttermilk, lowfat
    *Whole Wheat Flour
    Flaxseed,
    vanilla protein powder (needs to be at least 20 grams of protein and less than 5 grams of carb. I use MRM 22gm Protein/2gcarb
    Salt
    Baking Soda
    Baking Powder
    Banana, fresh

Directions

preheat oven to 375 degree. In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and beaten eggs and mix well. Slowly stir in the fresh buttermilk and mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Stir in mashed bananas. Pour into pan greased with cooking spray and bake for 1 hour at 375 degree.
