Ingredients

    1 pkg Ore-Ida frozen shredded hashbrowns
    3 T. olive oil
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and rinsed
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    Water

Directions

Cook hashbrowns in electric skillet with olive oil. Add cooked hamb meat and soup. Add water to thin to desired consistency. Season.
