Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups chicken broth
    3 Tble flour
    2 tsp soft margarine

    1 1/2 cups cooked enriched egg noodles
    1 cup diced, cooked light meat chicken
    1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash pepper

Directions

Make gravy: Whisk in a saucepot the broth, flour, and margarine. Cook to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

NOTE: Best with homemade noodles.
