    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Dannon, Light & Fit Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, 6 oz, 1.3 serving
    Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, 4 tbsp
    Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Honey Almond Flax, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Great Value Whole Strawberries (frozen), 1 cup
    Dole Frozen Dark Sweet Cherries, 140 gram(s)
    Dole Frozen Mango Chunks, 140 gram(s)

Directions

Add milk and yogurt to the blender first, then add all other ingredients. Blend to desired consistancy. A good smoothie should be ice cold and fairly thick!
