Introduction

Ingredients

    14 medium carrots
    2 beets, quartered
    2 or 3 large cucumbers
    2 large celery bundles
    5 medium apples, halfed

    A heavy-duty blender (I have Jack LaLanne's classic model)

Directions

Cut the larger veggies into halves or quarters. Then turn your juicer on and have fun! When done juicing, stir with a spoon and save in a large container or several smaller ones. Makes approximately six 16-ounce servings, or 12 8-ounce servings.
