    8 oz Ricotta cheese, fat-free
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free INSTANT Pudding, CHEESECAKE flavor
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    8 oz Cool Whip Free
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh


In a large food processor combine the ricotta cheese and pudding mix. Blend well for approximately one minute. Add milk while pulsing mixture then blend thoroughly to combine. Scoop mixture into a large bowl, fold in the cool whip. Chill for at least 1-2 hours. Serve in individual bowls topped with fresh blueberries or berry of your choice.
This serves 6-8 1/2 cup bowls.
