    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 cup parmasen cheese
    2 TBS canola oil
    1 1 lb bag frozen broccoli
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    2 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp poppy seeds
    salt and pepper to taste


Dredge chicken breasts in garlic and parmasan and stir-fry with oil in frying pan until cooked through.

While that's happening, place frozen broccoli in 2-qt casserole with lid and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. While the chicken and broccoli are cooking, mix the sour cream, splenda and poppy seeds in a small bowl with a wire whisk. Layer ingredients in casserole in this order, broccoli, cooked chicken, then sause mixture. Salt and pepper each layer. Cover casserole and bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
