Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Worcestershire Sauce [French's], .5 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Corn Starch, .0208 cup (remove)
    *Pineapple, canned, 1 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)
    *Distilled White Vinegar, 5.332 tbsp (remove)
    *Bell pepper, Red, 1 medium pepper, .5 serving (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

mix first 6 ingredients in bowl. make meatballs, cook for about 20 minutes, drain fat, take meatballs out of pan.

Mix cornstarch and brown sugar in pan, add pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, and peppers. Heat until boil, keep stirring

Reduce heat, add meatballs, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
