Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 medium apples (I used red delicious)
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 tablespoons agave nectar
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    plain yogurt (optional, not included in calorie count!)

Directions

Makes 12 servings.
Preheat oven to 350, spray a pan (8x12) with cooking spray.
Peel and core apples, slice into pan. Sprinkle with flour, oats and walnuts. Melt margarine, mix with agave, sprinkle over top of flour & oats. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm, with a spoonful of plain yogurt if desired.
Variations: could add raisins, craisins, cinnamon or other spices if desired.
