Great soup for cold Winter pick-me-up! Great soup for cold Winter pick-me-up!
Number of Servings: 5


    3 cups fat-free chicken broth
    3 cups water
    1 lb. chopped onions
    1 cup celery
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 lb. red potatoes
    1/2 t. gr. black pepper
    1/4 t. salt


Put water and broth into a crock-pot. Chop onions, celery, and potatoes. Add to broth mixture in crock-pot. Add garlic and spices. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve chunky or process in a blender. Makes 5 2-cup servings.
