Introduction
Gets it's kick from Italian dressing, slightly sweet if you use the low-fat mayo. Additions are welcome: Water chestnuts, blanched almonds, chopped pecans, apples. Copied from my mom's recipe card. Ingredients

5 lbs chicken, no skin
2 qts. water
1 large onion
1 Tb bouillon, chicken

Dressing:
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1 cup Mayo (used Low fat for calculations)
1 Tb. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed (or 1 cup of celery chopped)
2 Tb. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash Paprika

Salad:
1/2 cup sour cream (or greek yogurt)
1 Tb. honey
Directions
Boil water, add onion, bouillon, and chicken. Lower heat and simmer for 40 mins. Remove, cool, and shred.
Dressing: Blend all ingredients together. Toss chicken with 1 cup of dressing mix, marinate for 1 hour. Combine remaining dressing mix with sour cream and honey. Mix well with chicken. Add extras at this point. Enjoy!
