    1/3 cup Crisco Shortening + 1 tsb
    2 tsp Vita Coco 100% pure coconut water,
    1tsp Malibu Coconut Rum

    For the filling
    4 large Egg Yolk
    2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.4 cup Corn Starch
    1/2 Salt, .5 tsp
    3 Cups Coconut Milk
    2 TBS Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    2 TSP Malibu Coconut Rum
    1 cup angel flake coconut,
    1.5 cups Cream heavy 1 cup,

Directions

For the Crust:
Make your favorite Pie crust, (above crust is Betty Crocker with substituted coconut water for the ice water, and a tsp of cold coconut rum....

For the Filling:
4 large Egg yolks
