Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    14.5 oz can tomatoes with green chili's (like Ro-tel)
    14.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes plus juice
    1 tablespoon canned diced jalapeno's (canned, diced, not pickled)
    1 teaspoon canned diced jalapeno's (canned, diced, not pickled)
    1/4 cup diced onion
    3/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste
    1/2 teaspoon cumin or to taste

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in blender. Process until all ingredients are well blended but do not puree. Place in a covered container and chill for at least 4 hours.

1/2 cup = 1 serving
Makes 16 servings

FYI: For those of you who do not care to much for spice you may want to go easier on the jalapeno's. My kid's love it the day I make this salsa but by the 2nd day it has gotten to spicy for them.
