Introduction

Sit wrap out to room tempreture. wipe mushrooms off with damp paper towel and sit to side. heat medium skillet over medium heat spray pan with Pam spray. Add mushrooms bottoms up spray with parkay liquid fat free margerine then sprinkle with Mrs. dash seasoning . cook one side for about 2 minutes then turn and add chives and a little more spray butter to pan. leave mushrooms brown and turn off heat. Remove from pan and sit on paper towel for a minute. Place mushrooms on room tempreture wrap and sprinkle feta cheese over top. Gently roll not squeezing because your cause the juice from the mushrooms to soften wrap. Serve immediately.
