Introduction

You can't beat this chili for Super Bowl Sunday. Your carb-loving guests can ladel this over cooked macaroni or top with chopped onions, or oyster crackers. Grated cheddar on top is good, too, but not calculated in nutritional info. You can't beat this chili for Super Bowl Sunday. Ingredients

    2 lb ground turkey
    1 med onion, diced
1 Carroll Shelby's Original Texas Chili kit
    4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 cup red beans, cooked
1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 1/3 cup water

Directions

In large soup pot, start browning the ground turkey. Dice the onion and add to the browning turkey.

Meanwhile, dice the roma tomatoes.

When turkey is browned and onion is translucent, add all the pouches from the Texas Chili kit (masa, spices, salt, cayenne) and stir in 'til all is moist.

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, red beans, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes.
