Ingredients

1/2 c I can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite
1/2 c Truvia (natural sugar substitute)
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 Lg egg
2 Lg egg whites
1tsp vanilla extract
1 c wheat flour
3/4 c white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c 1% milk
1 1/2 c mashed very ripe bananas
Directions
Makes 8 mini loaves and 1 small loaf
Preheat oven to 350*F
1. Beat butter til light & fluffy
2. Add sugars and beat well
3. Add eggs and vanilla then beat until well blended.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
5. Fold in mashed bananas.
6. Pour batter evenly in loaf pans that were sprayed with cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes for mini loaf pans or 1 hour 16 minutes for regular loaf pan.
8. Cool on rack for 10 minutes.
