Ingredients

    5 Perch (Or preferred fish) Fillets
    Lemon Zest (Lemon peel with Black Pepper)
    Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread (Promise or Smart Balance brands are great)
    Garlic Powder
    Sage

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Place each fillet in foil. Add a dash of Garlic powder, Sage Lemon Zest, and lemon juice to each fish. Place half a teaspoon of vegetable oil spread to each fillet. Wrap each individual fillet in the foil and place in glass dish. Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from foil and serve. Makes 5 servings.
