Ingredients

    1.5 cups roasted/cooked chicken
    6-8 baby carrots, chopped
    .5 cups green pepper, chopped
    12 almonds, chopped
    1 tbsp light mayo
    1 tbsp light sour cream
    curry powder, to taste
    pepper, to taste
    chopped chives
    chopped cilantro

Directions

In bowl mix light mayo, light sour cream, curry powder, pepper, chives, and cilantro in a bowl.

Add in chicken, carrots, peppers, and almonds. Stir together.
