Introduction

Ingredients

    .25c olive oil
    1 large onion-chopped
    1 head of cabbage-cut into bite-size strips
    1 block of tofu-cut into cubes
    .25-.5c of nutritional yeast
    3T Bragg

Directions

saute onion in olive oil. Add tofu when onion is soft. Saute for a few minutes. Add cabbage and bragg. Cook til cabbage is 1/2 tender. Add nutritional yeast. Cook til cabbage is tender. We usu serve this over millet. You can substitute brown rice. The nutritional info is for the cabbage mixture ONLY.
