Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice (great to use up left-overs)
    2 cups soy milk of any variety, I prefer plain
    1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
    1 cup raisins, again unpacked

Directions

Place all ingredients in to a medium sized pot. Bring to a low boil and reduce heat. Stir regularly and let sit on low heat until it is desired thickness. About 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or cold, with or without extra soy milk.
