Ingredients

    280g of Pasta
1 Can of Tuna Flakes or Chunks, in light oil or brine
    1 Can of Chopped Tomatoes
    3 or 4 Chopped Mushrooms
2 or 3 Chopped Spring Onions OR 1/2 a Chopped Normal Onion
    1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped
    Mixed Herbs
    Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Optional:
    Extra Grated Cheese

Directions

1. Drain the Tuna, then add to pan with a little oil or butter. Place on a medium heat.
2. After heating the Tuna for a couple of minutes, add the Mushrooms, Onion(s) and Garlic. Cook for about five minutes.
3. Whilst waiting begin to cook the Pasta in boiling water. The Pasta should take ten minutes to cook, stir occasionally.
4. Go back to the Tuna pan, add the Chopped Tomatoes. Turn to a lower heat. Add a sprinkle of mixed herbs and mix in the Parmesan Cheese. Leave for five minutes.
5. Hopefully the Pasta should have cooked by now, with your occasional stirring. Drain, then serve onto plates(preferably medium sized). Add the cooked Tuna mix on top. Voila! Fini!
This is where you can add extra grated cheese if you wish, but it will need to be added to the nutritional values.
