    3 Organic Chicken Breasts (one package 1-1.25 lbs)
    1/4 Cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
    2 Egg Whites
    1 Tsp Ground Ancho Pepper
    1 Oz Shredded Asiago Cheese

Directions

Wet the Chicken with Egg Whites

Cover the Chicken with the mixture of Cheese, spice, and the mix of bread crumbs

Place on a Non Stick Pan

Bake at 425 for approximately 25 minutes on a non stick pan
