Ingredients

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Oats
1.5 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
1/2 C light butter/margarine such as Promise
3/4 C white Sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 large Egg
1/4 C nonfat plain greek yogurt or low-fat sour cream
1 T Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
1 t Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Blueberries
1/4 cup sliced Almonds (if desired)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, flax, and salt and set aside. In separate bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and lemon juice. Add egg, yogurt (or sour cream), and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Combine blueberries and almonds. Chill 20 minutes in refrigerator.
Use tablespoon to spoon onto greased or lined cookie sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes, rotating pan half way through.
