Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 large potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 can corn
    1 can green beans
    1 can campbells healthy request cream of celery
    1 can campbells healthy request cream of mushroom
    1 cup fat free skim milk
    1 cup water

Directions

Brown ground beef w/chopped onion
Once browned mix together with all other ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan
Bake @ 350 for 60-90 min (until potatoes are tender)
1 serving = 2 cups
