I love this chili all by itself, although some may choose to accompany it with some brown rice or whole wheat pasta, kids like it in between hamburger buns also like a healthier "Manwich" I love this chili all by itself, although some may choose to accompany it with some brown rice or whole wheat pasta, kids like it in between hamburger buns also like a healthier "Manwich"

Ingredients

    500 grams extra lean ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 cup red kidney beans
    1/2 cup black beans
    100 mL of tomato sauce
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    Cayenne Pepper, to taste
    Dried oregano, to taste
    1 Packet of Splenda (eliminate acidity of tomato sauce)

Directions

8- 1 cup servings

Brown beef, once beef is cooked throw in diced onion. Once again gets soft throw in tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans and stir.

Once all is mixed and warmed, season to taste and include splenda package.

Take off stove and let sit for a few minutes, divide into equal portions and enjoy!
