Introduction

Ingredients

    5 Medium Potatoes
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk
    3 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Directions

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place the cubed potatoes in a pot and fill with water until the potatoes are covered. Set the range to high to boil the potatoes. Boil until the potatoes are starting to soften. Test by seeing if you can stick a fork into them. If you can they are done. remove from the stove and pour the potatoes in to a strainer. Once all the water has drained off, place the potatoes into a mixing bowl. add in the i can't believe its not butter. Start mixing the potatoes slowly. Begin pouring in the milk while mixing the potatoes. Mix until desired texture. makes 8 to 10 1/2 cup servings
