Ingredients

1/2 lb of Chicken breast, boneless skinless
2 cups of water
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp of Sea salt (or table salt)
1/4 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of Diced Red Onions
1 Cup of Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
1 Cup of Broccoli
2 Cups of Mixed Salad Greens
1 Tbsp of Light Honey Mustard Dressing
1/4 tbsp soy sauce light(reduced sodium)
1 Clove of Garlic
Directions
This portion is per a person.
In a Skillet add 2 cups of water (or 1 inch deep depending on pan), garlic powder, and salt. Bring to a boil then add Chicken (previously cut into 2" x 2" cubes). Let the chicken turn white all but the very top should be pink, then flip and cook for 5 minutes.
Sauté Pan: Stove Top to Medium and heat pan before adding ingredients. Add Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Garlic, and Red Onions till caramel colored, and then add mushrooms till all is caramelized.
Steam the broccoli and you’re all done
