Soft Granola Bars and ~Less Than 130 Calories Per Bar~
You can tweek this in soo many ways - I've just submitted the basics to get you started. Do not over bake these. I've never baked them for more the 32 minutes. This recipes can be halved (9x9 pan) or doubled (10x15 pan) adjust baking times accordingly. Could substitute egg beaters for fresh eggs to save calories, not included in nutritional values.

Ingredients

    Stick Margarine, softened, 2/3 cup (11 Tbsp)
    Brown Sugar, packed, 1 1/3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla, 2 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 Tbsp
    Bisquick Mix, 2 cups
    Quick Oats, dry, 1 1/2 cup
    Wheat Gluten, 1 tsp (optional)
    Flax Seed, ground, 2 tsp (optional)
    Chocolate Chips, 1 cup
    Walnuts, chopped, 1 cup
    Raisins, 1/2 cup

Directions

9X13 pan - 36 bars - about 1 1/2" X 2 1/8"
Set oven at 350 degrees F. No electric mixer needed. In a large bowl combine softened margarine and brown sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and milk, stir to combine. Add Bisquick, Oats, gluten (optional), and flax seed (optional) and combine. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts and raisins. Spread evenly in an very lightly greased 9 x 13 pan, mixture will be stiff. Bake 350 degrees F, 30-35 minutes. Cut bar into 36 pieces (6 pieces both ways).
